I've been working on the Wikipedia off and on since March 2003. If you'd like to know more about me that isn't covered by the userboxes below, visit my LiveJournal user info page. You might find it there.
I presently live in Lenexa, Kansas, which is near Kansas City. I work from home at the moment (and if you want info on how to get into that, leave a message on my talk page. Putting links here would look entirely too spammy). Now that I'm working from home, I have a lot more time to spend poking around Wikipedia. :)

[edit] What I (Typically) Do Around Wikipedia
Lately, I've been doing a lot of vandalism patrolling, and poking around at third opinion and wikiquette alerts, and the occasional copyedit and wikify. I poke around "behind the scenes" a lot to make sure that other editors' contributions meet guidelines, are properly sorted, and are left alone by the evil vandals. I've also taken a renewed interest in new article creation, since I found a wonderful tool for Firefox called Zotero that makes citing sources sooooo easy.
