Actually on Wikipedia before me, our friendship began back about 3 years before I joined. However, he was 3/4 of the reason that I quit and just recently he told me:

Friendship began when I got Mgarnes2 as an adoptee. The Hybrid also asked, but once I asked it was mine. After all, now he has three adoptees while I have two. Good friend; the third guy who I created a page for.

Our friendship began when I went to the bot request's thing, and he offered to run my malfunctioned bot. He did, and while he does all the work and cool stuff with it, it's still named after me :')! Nice page, D-Bot.

These two users were originally, say... newbish. But after I helped them out a few times, they became good friends with me. Experienced two. My Wikiholic-ness rubbed off on them and now they're both top 20, if not top 10 users on the WP:HOLICTEST.
