[edit] Photos of game

Heads up, if anyone ever wants photos of the actual game, I have a copy. --Anoma lee 14:47, 17 April 2007 (UTC)

Any photos would enhance the article. :-) — Frecklefoot | Talk 15:44, 17 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Dark tower box cover.jpg

Image:Dark tower box cover.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 01:04, 3 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] More detail on lawsuit

I notice that the information provided about the lawsuit that caused Dark Tower to be discontinued is rather sketchy - I had looked at a fansite about the game, and there was a link to a law partnership's site with an article discussing the suit Burten v. Milton Bradley here.[1]

Would this be considered a 'reliable source' per WP:RS and thus useful in providing more concrete details of that event? Empath 16:50, 8 September 2007 (UTC)

If the fan site has the actual public documents from the trial, then these documents could be used as reliable sources. — Val42 16:59, 8 September 2007 (UTC)
I found a copy of the actual court case Burten v. Milton Bradley Co. 763 F.2d 461, 226 U.S.P.Q. (BNA) 605 (1st Cir. 1985) but it is part of a course that ended in Spring 2006 and it kept at the professor's personal web site so I don't know if it qualifies under WP:RS.--BruceGrubb (talk) 12:16, 20 May 2008 (UTC)
