Does a viable transport connection exist between DART and MARC, as it does between SEPTA and DART? i.e. Is it possible to take nothing but local trains from, say, Philadelphia to Washington DC? 165.123.215.154 (talk) 17:18, 23 December 2007 (UTC)

Put simply no, the furthest south that SEPTA runs is Newark and the furthest north that MARC runs is Perryville, which leaves about a 20 mile or so gap, and the closest a bus would get you would be the DART rte 65 which runs from Newark to Elkton which is several miles north of Perryville. However their has been some discussion of extending MARC service into Delaware, i seriously doubt that extension would be coming any time in the near future. --Boothy443 | trácht ar 01:40, 24 December 2007 (UTC)
