[edit] Fair use rationale in Darwin Awards

It is contended that the use of this image qualifies as fair use when used in the article on Darwin Awards for the following reasons.

  1. This image is copyrighted and their is no non-copyrighted version of this image available.
  2. This image is used for identification and or educational purposes only in the article on Darwin Awards, and other articles if specific fair use rational can be provided.
  3. This image enhances the article in which it's displayed, as it provides an immediate relevance to the reader more capably than the textual description alone.
  4. This image is of a reasonably low resolution.
  5. This image does not limit the copyright holder's ability to profit from the original source, nor will it dilute the importance or recognition of the logo in connection with its organization.
  6. This image is not replaceable; logos are always presumed non-free per WP:LOGO.

Oops, deleted my well-intentined fair use notion, when drawbacks were pointed out to me by SiobhanHansa. But it's A-OK with me for WikiPedia to use my logo relating to the Darwin Awards articles.
