According to Polish Wikipedia, image was publishied in 1978 issue of Polish Morze magazine. According to Polish law, all images published before 1994 without clear copyright notice, are public doamin. This picture has no such notice, therefore it is PD Kneiphof 16:17, 23 December 2005 (UTC)
