Daryl C. Hayden is the current mayor of the city of Fulton in Oswego County, New York.

Hayden has held the post since his election win on the Democratic Party ticket in November 2003. Hayden's platform in the election was a pledge to reduce the water rates for the citizens of Fulton. Hayden won the election 1,851 to 1,081, defeating incumbent Michael K. Stafford.

One of the major events of Hayden's administration was the closing of a Nestlé plant which had been in operation in Fulton for 100 years and was one of the main employers in the city. Hayden has focused on refilling the old Nestle plant, and has almost succeeded by bringing in New York Chocolate Company.

Hayden's four year term ends January 1, 2008.
