Dartford Grammar for Girls is a girls' secondary school situated on Shepherd's Lane, Dartford, Kent, England. It was founded in 1904. It accepts girls of ages 11-18. It is located close to a number of other secondary schools including Dartford Grammar School and Dartford Technology College. The current headteacher is Jane Wheatley. The school was the first specialist science school in Kent. It has been identified as a high achieving specialist school and awarded a second specialism in mathematics and computing.

The famous widow of 'Morse', Shiela Handcock, attended the school. The school won the gold medal in intelligence this year.
