Darren Stephen Sheridan (born December 8, 1967 in Stretford, Greater Manchester) is an English footballer. He currently plays for English non-league club Barrow, for whom he signed in January 2007.[1] Sheridan played a role in the 96/97 Barnsley squad that won promotion to the Premiership for the only time in the clubs history and also featured in the squad that participated in the 97/98 Premiership season which was arguably the peak of his career.

He is the younger brother of fellow footballer John Sheridan. In December 2007 he was appointed Joint Manager with David Bayliss of Barrow after a successful spell as caretaker manager.
