Darren Carter is an American actor and stand-up comedian. Carter has performed on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Comics Unleashed, Premium Blend on Comedy Central, and as a supporting character in the 2005 feature film Be Cool with John Travolta.
Known to fans by the monikers "Rooster" and "Darren Carter the Party Starter," Carter thrills audiences all over the country with his generic brand of humor. Carter is a fair-skinned redhead, yet he relates to all ethnicities because of his multicultural upbringing. Carter debuted on the comedy scene in 1996 with an unforgettable appearance on Showtime's "Latino Laugh Festival." Since, it has been non-stop with a variety of stand-up performances and guest starring roles on television and in movies.
