Darrell L. Clarke (politician)

Darrell L. Clarke is the Democratic Councilman representing Philadelphia's Fifth City Council District. His most notable achievement on the Philadelphia City Council was the bill to evict the Cradle of Liberty Council of the Boy Scouts from their 80 year old building.[1][dead link]
