Darlyne Bailey

Darlyne Bailey is the founding dean of the College of Education and Human Development and assistant to the president at the University of Minnesota. Bailey was formerly the vice president for academic affairs and dean of Teachers College, Columbia University, from January 2002 to September 2006. Prior to that, she served as the dean of the Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences at Case Western Reserve University for eight years.
Dr. Bailey earned a master's degree in psychiatric social work from Columbia University and a doctorate in organizational behavior from Case Western Reserve University.
