Aditya loves to indulge in wild sexual fantasies and Ashwini being reluctant to his perverse ideas, Aditya's secretary, Geeta Menon (Esha Deol) comes into the picture. Geeta, a woman with wild fantasies herself matches up to Aditya's desires. Aditya tricks both these women and experiences a playboy dream. Aditya promises to marry Geeta soon after divorcing his wife, Ashwini.
All is well until Geeta discloses her pregnancy to Aditya. All hell breaks loose ensuuing in a bitter argument. During the argument, Aditya powerfully shoves Geeta away in a fit of anger. This results in Geeta's accidental death after her head collides with an object. Terrified, Aditya disposes of her body and returns home, thinking that the worst is behind him. But he realizes that he was wrong. With vengeance and unfulfilled dreams, Geeta returns as her ghost and begins to wreak havoc in Aditya's life.
