Darley Stud is a thoroughbred breeding operation owned by HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, ruler of Dubai and vice-president of the United Arab Emirates. Darley breeds horses in the United States, Japan, Australia, and in Europe.
Operational headquarters are in the United Kingdom at Dalham Hall Stud in Newmarket. In the United States, Darley America is based at the historic Jonabell Farm in Lexington, Kentucky and in Ireland at Kildangan Stud in Kildangan, County Kildare. Darley Australia has two studs, in Victoria and in the Hunter Valley, New South Wales.
As of 2007, they have fifty-two stallions standing at stud in seven countries.
