Darlene Quaife

Darlene Alice Quaife (née Barry) (born 1 September 1948) is a Canadian novelist.
Born in Calgary, Alberta, Quaife was educated at the University of Alberta, from which she received a Master of Arts degree in 1986.
Quaife's novel, Bone Bird (1989) received a Commonwealth Writers Prize for Best First Book.
Quaife lives in Priddis, Alberta.
