Darlene Magnolia R. Antonino-Custodio (born 1973) is a Representative of the first district of South Cotabato and General Santos City. She is a daughter of Adelbert Antonino (former mayor of General Santos City) and Luwalhati Antonino]] (former South Cotabato representative). She belongs to the NPC-AIM party and served as the House Deputy Minority Leader in the 13th Congress of the Philippines. She is married to Benjamin Custodio.

In May 14, 2007 elections, she defeated her challenger Manny Pacquiao, a popular World Boxing Champion, by more or less thirty thousand votes.
