The Elite are fictional characters, the top chosen to Darkseid, heir of Apokolips. Created in Jack Kirby's Fourth World miniseries, the Elite became Darkseid's most powerful band of warriors. The Elite members have appeared in Justice League and Superman animated episodes. Some of his elite include Granny Goodness: The founder of the Female furies and keeper of the horrid orphanages in Apokolips until her death recently, Other include Desaad a sadistic torturer, Amazing Grace and her brother Glorious Godfrey, Master manipulators.
