The Dark Lord Chuckles the Silly Piggy is a fictional character in the short-lived Disney cartoon Dave The Barbarian. He is Dave The Barbarian's arch nemesis. He was voiced by Paul Rugg.
He is an evil, but silly pig (hence his name) with a high-collared cape (and equally high voice) bent on ruling Udrogoth. Chuckles lives in a castle on the outskirts of the kingdom. His powers come from an amulet he possesses, the Mystic Amulet of Hogswineboar (named so because hogs, swines and boars are all synonyms for the word 'pig'). This grants him amazing mystical powers such as psychokinesis, blasting magic to rival even Lula's, and conjuration. He is also a whiz with technology, as evidenced by the Mecha-Dave and his Chuckle-bot.
His schemes usually rely on a particular gimmick (like giant clams, giant ducks, evil pastries, or evil furniture).

While laughing maniacally, he inserts phrases like "And so forth" or "I said keister".
He always says " Curse you, Dave the Barbarian" when he is defeated.
