IMDb profile

Il Mondo dell'orrore di Dario Argento (Dario Argento's World of Horror) is an Italian documentary film, released in 1985, which chronicles the career of Italian horror and suspense movie director, Dario Argento. It was the directorial debut of Michele Soavi, who would later go on to direct the cult classic Dellamorte Dellamore in 1994.

The documentary features candid interviews with Argento and various stars from films he has directed, as well as extensive clips and behind the scenes footage of his films. Because most of Argento's films at the time were only available at the time in heavily editted form, "Dario Argento's World of Horror" was sought after by many fans of the director's work due to the fact that it contained numerous clips of footage removed from Argento's films, most notably the opening double murder sequence from "Suspiria".
