Darian Durant (born August 19, 1982 in Florence, South Carolina) is a quarterback playing for the Saskatchewan Roughriders of the Canadian Football League. Durant was signed as a free agent by Saskatchewan in 2006. He is currently their third-string quarterback and has seen little playing time while with the Riders. Durant attended the Baltimore Ravens training camp in 2005 before making the transition to the CFL. He attended college at the University of North Carolina where he left as the all time leading passer in school history.
Darian attended high school at Wilson High School in Florence, South Carolina and was considered the star quarterback. He graduated in 2000.
Following in his foot steps, and undoubtfully has made a name for himself, is his brother Justin Durant who is currently playing for the Jacksonville Jaguars.
