Darby O' Gill and the Little People (band)

Darby O'Gill and the Little People is an indie folk-rock band from Las Vegas. The band takes its name from the 1959 Disney film Darby O'Gill and the Little People.

The band formed in 2001 and has since played regularly at many of Las Vegas' best established music venues, including the The Palapa Lounge at The Palms casino, and at the Nine Fine Irishmen at the New York, New York casino. A Las Vegas local music fixture since inception, they released Traditional Irish Dance Music Vol. 1 (2004), which was produced/engineered by Darby O'Gill and Casey Johnson.
The band's bassist, Ted Sablay, is currently playing guitar and keyboards for The Killers on their Sam's Town tour.
