[edit] Hi there

Hi! I inspired a WikiProject template in a template created by you and also boldly integrated another of your templates as it was, into WP:THINK. I hope it is acceptable to you, if it is not, please let me know, I did it in recognition not as an abuse. TopTopView (talk) 13:28, 19 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Template

Be that as it may, it's hard to see how many of its uses are relevant. For instance, it's in the Water memory article (which is how I came across it) but has, as far as I can tell, nothing to do with chronology. If it's meant as a Wikiproject-member specific fact-check template, I think you really should use the standard one, since, as it stands, the chronological only serves to confuse. If it's actually meant for chronological dating and ordering problems, make the phrasing more specific, and put it there. Adam Cuerden talk 11:51, 11 January 2008 (UTC)

That is a good example. If we use "fact" there, it will call for sourcing that experiment or fact, however if we call for chronology, we are requesting a source that indicates when that was done Daoken 11:58, 11 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Infobox changes

Your changes to {{Infobox Organization}} have prevented it from displaying images and functioning properly. It might be best to create a test version first and work out the problems before making changes to the main template. Playing around with the main template will affect all the pages that use it. --EncycloPetey (talk) 14:58, 18 January 2008 (UTC)

I noticed the problem while viewing the article on International Association for Plant Taxonomy. The last altered version of the template displayed the name of the image location instead of the image itself. --EncycloPetey (talk) 15:05, 18 January 2008 (UTC)
I do not understand what you mean by "all the old boxes". Will "What links here" not tell you which pages incorporate the template? --EncycloPetey (talk) 15:21, 18 January 2008 (UTC)
Well, I can tell you that the problem is fixed on the computer I am using right now, but that is not the same computer / OS / browser I was using at home when I spotted the problem. I won't be able to say whether the problem is fixed for my home computer setup until this evening PST (US). --EncycloPetey (talk) 16:07, 18 January 2008 (UTC)
Update The glitch that appeared when I was uploading the new version of the infobox, was solved two days ago with no further problems, I have uploaded the new enhanced version, it shows perfectly in all linked pages. Daoken 11:22, 21 January 2008 (UTC)
