[edit] V. J. Trolio

I'm not entirely sure that the V. J. Trolio article meets WP:Notability guidelines. It is borderline so probably won't be deleted right away. If you could find some newspaper articles about him, and add those as references that would help establish notability and also help with verifiability.

I have made some minor edits to show you how to wikify the article. Sbowers3 17:04, 4 November 2007 (UTC)

I see you've made a few more small edits. Under external links, you have two that are internal, not external. You should remove Ben Hogan - it was already wikilinked (that's why it is colored blue). Tony Sills is an opportunity. You can go to the Tony Sills article, and make a link from that article to the V.J. Trolio article. Do you know how and where to do that? I could tell you or do it myself but it would be a good learning experience if you did it yourself.

The best thing you can do is not add external links but add references. Look at each sentence in the article and ask yourself where did I find that piece of information. If the answer is a web page somewhere then that web page can be a reference. If you have a link just insert it into the middle of the text as you did with the Putting Arc and the Ben Hogan book. Later, I'll show you how to format them properly. Sbowers3 15:58, 8 November 2007 (UTC)
