I would like some basic help in formatting my user page so I can identify myself and the skills I can offer Wikipedia for others to see. How do others format their pages -- just copy the codes from other users' pages? I am particularly interested at the moment in translating articles to Spanish, and it appears to me as though I can't have one user account for both the English and Spanish Wikipedias!? I am from Chile and have tried to list myself as a Chilean Wikipeidan as well, but obviously I am missing something... I have basic skills in web design and HTML, so I think I'd be a fast learner here... :) --Daniel Villalobos 16:16, 18 June 2006 (UTC)
Who's userpage exactly did you have in mind? I am not sure how having one user account for different language Wikipedias work either. I will try to work out your categories for you in the meantime. --Pilot|guy 16:35, 18 June 2006 (UTC)
I'm sorry, there doesn't seem to be a Chilean Wikipeidan category. --Pilot|guy 16:38, 18 June 2006 (UTC)
- It seems that, since all different language Wikipedias are separate projects, users can't have one account that applies to several languages... thanx for your help, Pilotguy; I was wondering if there were any templates for different items I can list myself under (amateur translator EN/ES, musician; interests, etc. Or if I'm pretty much on my own as far as figuring that stuff out. Which is fine by me, I'll just have to spend more time at it... --Daniel Villalobos 16:50, 18 June 2006 (UTC)
