This is your last warning. The next time you insert a spam link, as you did to Yahoo! Personals, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted as well, preventing anyone from linking to them from any site that uses the MediaWiki spam blacklist, which includes all of Wikimedia and Wikipedia.

> Hello, please consider DanceDates as a "competition" under other dating site articles. Deletion would be unfair.

[edit] April 2007

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent contribution removed content from Dancedates.ca. Please be more careful when editing articles and do not remove content from Wikipedia without a good reason, which should be specified in the edit summary. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you would like to experiment again, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Sr13 (T|C) 05:41, 12 April 2007 (UTC)

It has become apparent that your account is only being used for spamming inappropriate external links or self-promotion, so it has been blocked indefinitely. Wikipedia is NOT a "repository of links" or a "vehicle for advertising".

As well as creation of nonsense articles and removing speedy delete tags - Alison 05:55, 12 April 2007 (UTC)

This blocked user (block log | autoblocks | rangeblocks | unblock | contribs | deleted contribs) has asked to be unblocked, but an administrator has reviewed and declined this request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy). Do not remove this unblock request while you are blocked.

Request reason: "You guys are totally unfair - I was only adding the site to wikipedia so users could find it. I have no intention of spamming."

Decline reason: "This is an encyclopedia, NOT a repository of links nor a vehicle for self-promotion. Your block is upheld since you show no intention of contributing any real material apart from links to a dating service you probably work for which is a conflict of interest in itself. --  Netsnipe  ►  07:55, 12 April 2007 (UTC)"

Please make any further unblock requests by using the {{unblock}} template. However, abuse of the template may result in your talk page being protected.

Please read WP:NOT and WP:EL to understand what was wrong with what you did here. You were linkspamming and creating multiple articles (now deleted) for promoting the same dating website. When asked politely to stop, you repeatedly blanked the warnings and continued your spamming. As the blocking admin, I can't unblock but another admin will be along soon to review your block - Alison 06:00, 12 April 2007 (UTC)
