Thanks for the welcome. The Justin Berry article is really a sensitive issue at the moment. It really wouldn't suprise me if it makes the news sometime soon.

[edit] Justin Berry testifies at Ken Gourlay's preliminary hearing

Hey Dan... Hadn't seen you around the Justin Berry article much lately, so I thought I'd drop by your talk page. I just did some large updates to the article based on press reports of Berry's testimony against Gourlay, and Gourlay's lawyer's cross-examination of Berry. The defense lawyer moved to dismiss 8 of the 10 charges, and the judge will rule if Gourlay goes to trial on 1 August. In the mean time, Greg Mitchel pled guilty & was sentenced.
