Dana Moran, born Jan 4, 1952. Transitioned 2005. In the late 60's early 70's she raced late model stock cars in Alberta, racing with NASCAR CANADA in 1973. She then progressed to Super Modifieds, winning the provincial championship in 1975, and the Alberta Gold Cup Sprint Car race in 1977, and continued with Sprints until 1990. She returned to racing in 1999 with a ministock at her local track, and can claim to having scored victories in the 1960's,70's,80's and 90's. Dana currently lives in Central Alberta and is a Community Outreach Worker.
