Dan P Turner was born at the Mater Hospital in Waratah, New South Wales, Australia on the 19th of September 1984.

Dan attended Saint John's Primary School in North Lambton between 1990 and 1996. In 1996 he was nominated school captain.

Dan attended Saint Pius X High School at Adamstown between 1997 and 2000. In 2000 he obtained his School Certificate

Dan attended Saint Francis Xavier's College at Hamilton between 2001 and 2002. In 2002 he received his Higher School Certificate and achieved a UAI of 95.25.

Dan began his university studies at the University of Newcastle in 2003
[edit] B. Computer Engineering / B. Computer Science (Combined)
Hoping to combine both his interest in computer software and hardware, Dan began this combined degree program. However by the conclusion of his second year it became apparent that his strengths and area of interest was more in software.
