[edit] Removal from World Championship Squad

Does anyone have a reference for O'Donnell's removal from the WCC squad, as was referred to on the page? I have removed the line, but I'll reinstate it of a source is found. I suspect he has been confused with Darren Potter, who was removed from the squad, due to injury.
