We should disambiguate this page. There's a Daniel O'Reilly, a politician from somewhere in New York State (the article's a stub). With the slightly-amiss apostrophe — compared to how they usually are on Wikipedia, anyway — someone might assume that one or the other (and probably this one, since the title's a bit odd) is an errant edition that someone started.
