Somebody in a Fark.com thread claimed that Ladoucer cannot legally be traded because he works for Toronto SWAT. Is this true? Umlautbob 14:25, 17 December 2006 (UTC)

I know Laddy is a police officer, but I believe he works for the Durham Regional Police, not Toronto. Don't know if he's on the SWAT team (or if Durham even has such a team). I've never heard that it affects the possibility of him being traded -- why would it? --MrBoo (talk, contribs) 16:41, 17 December 2006 (UTC)
You're asking me? Like I said, this is word-of-mouth info-I just want it confirmed in case anyone tries to add it, given that it's on Fark and roughly a zillion people go there, and that thread was filled with people speaking from places other than their mouths. But apparently, it's in his contract that he can't be traded out of Toronto because of his role as a police officer.Umlautbob 16:49, 17 December 2006 (UTC)
Well, if someone adds something like that without a reference, it should be removed anyway. Can you post a link (on this page, not the article!) to the fark thread, just for my interest? Thanks --MrBoo (talk, contribs) 18:05, 17 December 2006 (UTC)

http://forums.fark.com/cgi/fark/comments.pl?IDLink=2481620 This is actually a "useless facts" thread nearly 1000 posts long, so I'll save you some time and tell you that it's in the first fourth somewhere. Umlautbob
