"208" Magazine March 1952 scan by uploader.
[edit] Fair use rationale
This picture is intended to illustrate the "Dan Dare" article and the section dealing with the serial on Radio Luxembourg. It is also appropriate in the article about Dan Dare and the Horlicks article who were the sponsors of Dan Dare on Radio Luxembourg in the 1950s. This picture with cropping and border added by editor, comes from the now defunct magazine called "208" dated March 1952. The magazine changed hands many times and then ceased publication before 1960. This image is difficult to find anywhere else. The original Radio Luxembourg English service also ceased transmissions as an AM broadcasting station in 1992.
