Danny Tenaglia (born March 7, 1961) is a New York-based DJ and music producer. His music has been called "progressive garage" by some journalists.[1] Tenaglia's tracks and remixes use a blend of progressive and tribal house sounds. Although he has released tracks on a variety of labels, he is more associated with Tribal America and Twisted.
His track "Elements" was a Billboard #1 for three weeks in 1998. His 2006 follow-up single "Dibiza" is now out.

[edit] Residencies
Danny Tenaglia has held several high-profile New York City residencies, including stints at Twilo[1] (1996-1997), Tunnel (1997[1]-1998), and Vinyl (later renamed Arc). The long running "Be Yourself" party at Vinyl/Arc ran from 1999-2004 and won Dancestar awards for Best Club Night in 2003 and 2004. In 2007, Danny began a short-lived residency at Twilo Miami to continue his now famous "Be Yourself" nights.
During this time Danny released several remixes and productions, including "B" by DATAR (Danny and Tarentella and Redanka), "Finally" by the Kings of Tomorrow, "Lady" by Modjo and Danny's Labour of Love remix of Depeche Mode's "I Feel Loved", which earned him a Grammy Award nomination in 2002.
In the "scene" Danny is best known for his extensive performances, a 20 hour set is not an exception for him. He played ten-hour sets during his residency at Tunnel.[1] One of his most famous performances was a 20 hour set in club Space during the 2003 Winter Music Conference held annually in Miami, FL USA.
