Danny Rutigliano is an American actor. He currently is in The Lion King portraying the character Timon. He is an original cast member and also originated the role of Timon in the L.A. Production of The Lion King, for which he received the Ovation Award for Best Featured Actor.
His other Broadway, Off-Broadway, and national tours include: Kismet, The New Moon, One Touch of Venus, Whor*house Goes Public, How to Succeed, Godspell, Yiddle With a Fiddle, and Topper.
Rutigliano's television credits include Without a Trace, Law & Order, Law & Order: Criminal Intent, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, My Big Fat Greek Life, Three Sisters, and The Brothers Garcia. Film credits include Goodfellas, the voice of Timothy Mouse in Dumbo 2, and a dancing Hitler in The Producers.
Danny lives in New York with his wife and best friend, Jacqueline Monroe.[1]
