This is the Danish monarchs family tree from 1047 to the present ruler, queen Margrethe II of Denmark.

- Prince Joachim and Princess Alexandra have two sons: Nikolai and Felix.
- Prince Joachim and Princess Alexandra are now divorced.
- Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary have a son (Christian) and a daughter (Isabella).
- Queen Margrethe II ascended the throne in 1972, but no Danish monarch has been crowned since Denmark became a constitutional monarchy in 1849.
- Constantine II's current name is Constantinos De Grecia (danish passport) because Greece abolished monarchy in 1973 and its constitutional status is Presidential Parliamentary Republic, with no titles of nobility recognized to its citizens.
