The Danish Folketing election of 1947 was held on 28 October 1947, except on the Faroe Islands where the election was held on 18 February 1948.

- ^ Including "Hovedstadens Venstre", which was a local section of Venstre that ran as an independent party in Copenhagen in order to take advantage of the system according to which the seats allotted in proportion to the total vote of the parties were distributed among the parties. After a modication of the election law in 1948 it was no longer possible to gain additional seats this way, and Hovedstadens Venstre has not existed as an independent party since then.
