Danish Designers

Danish Designers, DD (Danish: Danske Designere), is an association of Danish designers, founded by the joining of the two organizations IDD (Industrial Designers of Denmark) and MMI (Furniture Designers and Interior Architects of Denmark) in 1995. The organizations original name The Association of Danish Designers.
DD organizes people of the design profession in Denmark, and has more than 1000 individual members.
Industrial Designers of Denmark was established in 1966, with Kristian Vedel serving as the first chairman.
