Daniel Varujan

Daniel Varujan (Armenian: Դանիէլ Վարուժան, April 20, 1884-August 26, 1915) is one of the significant Armenian poets of the XX century.

He was born in Perknik, a little village in Western Armenia.

He studied in Venice and in Belgium. He was killed in 1915 during the Armenian Genocide.
