Daniel Pagano (b. 1953) is a member of the Genovese crime family.

Pagano became a made member of the family in the late-1980s and operated in the Bronx and Manhattan, and was close to family capo Dominick "Quiet Dom" Cirillo. With the incarceration of Genovese soldier Joseph "Joe Glitz" Galizia, Pagano became the family's primary point-man in the "Gasoline Bootlegging Rackets". In addition, Pagano oversaw the family's numbers and sports betting rackets in East Harlem, which were operated by the Pisacano brothers, who were family associates (James, Joseph and Anthony).

In the early-1990s, the FBI and IRS set up a fake fuel company which they used to snag Danny Pagano and his trusted aide Anthony "Tony TD" Palumbo, as well as Gambino crime family capo Anthony "Fat Tony" Morelli who along with Pagano exercised control over the Fuel Oil rackets, which were ultimately operated on a day-to-day basis by Russian mobsters. In 1999, Pagano was sentenced to 105 months in prison in the U.S. District Court of New Jersey for his role in the rackets. As a result of his imprisonment, Pagano lost control of many of his former rackets, including the Pisacano brothers gambling operation, which was then paying tribute to family soldier/capo and future acting boss Daniel "Danny the Lion" Leo and Charles Salzano.
