JUDr. Daniel Lipšic, LL.M. (born July 8, 1973) is a slovak politician, former Minister of Justice of Slovakia (served in 2002-2006). He is a member of the Christian Democratic Movement, a party currently in opposition. He studied law at the Comenius University in Bratislava, later attending the Harvard Law School (1998-2000) and receiving a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree there. He lives in Bratislava.
