Daniel Hugunin, Jr.

Daniel Hugunin, Jr. (February 6, 1790 - June 21, 1850) was a U.S. Representative from New York.

Born in Montgomery County, New York, Hugunin pursued classical studies. He served in the War of 1812. He successfully contested the election of Egbert Ten Eyck as an Adams candidate to the Nineteenth Congress and served from December 15, 1825, until March 3, 1827. He was appointed on March 15, 1841, United States marshal for the Territory of Wisconsin. He died in Kenosha, Wisconsin, June 21, 1850. He was interred in Green Ridge Cemetery.
