Daniel Halévy

Daniel Halévy (1872-1962) was a French historian. He is the son of Ludovic Halévy. Social historians have acknowledged Halevy for his "Essai sur l'acceleration de l'histoire (Essay on the Acceleration of History), while he remains largely overlooked by by literary scholars[1].
