Daniel Gallery (April 13, 1859 – November 9, 1920) was a Canadian politician.
Born in Slivedooley, County Clare, Ireland, the son of Thomas Gallery and Mary O'Neill, Gallery was educated at the Christian Brothers' School. A merchant, he was an Alderman and School Commissioner in Montreal. He was first elected to the Canadian House of Commons at the general elections of 1900. He was re-elected at the general elections of 1904. A Liberal, he served until 1906 when the election was declared void. He was defeated in the 1917 federal election.
