Daniel Fredheim-Holm (born July 30, 1985) is a striker in the Norwegian football club Vålerenga.
Fredheim-Holm is the half-brother of ex teammate Thomas Holm, and the son of former footballer Paal Fredheim. He is, by popular opinion, a talented young player, and is currently a player of the Norwegian national youth team.
Fredheim-Holm was transferred to Vålerenga from Skeid in the spring of 2004. He scored five goals in his first season in the Norwegian Tippeligaen (Premier League)

He received his first call up in March, 2007 against Bosnia and Herzegovina and Turkey, and played in the match against Turkey.
