Daniel Coit Gilman Summer Home, also known as Over Edge, is a house in Northeast Harbor, Maine. It is significant for its association with Daniel Coit Gilman, the president of Johns Hopkins University who led the development of graduate education in the United States.
It was declared a National Historic Landmark in 1965.[2][1]
It is located on Huntington Lane, a private road off Huntington Road, in Northeast Harbor (Mount Desert), south of Acadia National Park.[1]
