Daniel Bottom (October 2, 1864February 16, 1937) was an English cricketer. He was a right-handed batsman and a right-arm medium-pace bowler who played for Derbyshire between 1894 and 1901. Bottom was born in Whitwell.

Bottom's debut in Derbyshire colours came during a friendly match in 1894, a game which saw them victorious in an innings-margin victory, however he wasn't to appear in the team again for over four years, his debut in the County Championship coming in August 1898.

Bottom later took part in three games during the 1899 season for Nottinghamshire, and his final match, in 1901, a complete role-reversal of the first, saw his team Derbyshire succumb to an innings defeat at the hands of the very team he had played for two years previously.

Bottom was a lower-order batsman and a frequent, economical, bowler. He died at the age of 72 in Sherwood, Nottingham.
