Daniel Baker is the CEO of FlightAware, a real time flight tracking and status company. He originally became known in the 1990s as a principal of distributed.net, which pioneered Internet distributed computing. Baker was the head of the systems department at NeoSoft, the first Internet provider in Texas during the mid to late 1990s. He was a founder of Superconnect, an enterprise cable/telecom monitoring software company and serves as Vice President.
