Daniel Abrams
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Daniel Abraham is an American billionaire who bought the home of acting Israel prime minister Ehud Olmert for $2.7 million on November 24, 2004, through a front company based out of the British Virgin Islands. The purchase is causing interest due to extensive campaign donations that Abrams made to Olmert overtime, and because an unusual contract stipulation says that Olmert can live in the house until 2010, though it was purchased in 2004. The purchase is currently under investigation by the Israeli State Comptroller and Ombudsman Micha Lindenstrauss.
Abrams is a broadcast executive and former news correspondent.[1]
