Danescourt

Danescourt is a suburban area of the city of Cardiff, Wales located in Llandaff. Most of the area is covered by housing, built in the late 20th century. The name is derived from the names of the two buildings on the site before the modern housing; Radyr Court Farm and Danesbrook House.[1] The area is served by Danescourt railway station which is named after the area. Cardiff Bus also operate several services through the estate.

Local facilities in Danescourt are the Infant/Junior School, Church of St John the Baptist, Shopping Centre (consisting of a Somerfield, Newsagent, Post Office and Forte School of Music), Dentist and Surgery among other facilities.
