Dana Kimmell (born October 26, 1959) is an American actress who has starred in movies and on television. She played Dawn Marshall on Texas and appeared on Days of our Lives as Diane Parker from 1983-1984.
Kimmell was born in Texarkana, Arkansas. She starred in some movies, her big role was in the 1982 horror classic Friday the 13th Part 3 as Chris Higgins, and her other big role came in 1983 in the action movie Lone Wolf McQuade playing Chuck Norris's daughter Sally McQuade. Kimmell has made some guest appearances on TV shows, some of those appearances range from Charlie's Angels, Eight is Enough, The Facts of Life, The A-Team, and Hunter.
Kimmell does not act anymore but did audio commentary for the DVD release of Friday the 13th Part 3 (1982), talking about the experiences making the film and the aftermath of it. In 2006, Procter & Gamble began making several of its soaps available through America Online's AOL Video service, downloadable free of charge. Reruns of Texas episodes featuring Kimmell began with the show's first episode in August 1980.
